Young scientists (researchers, undergraduate- and PhD-students from research institutes or universities), up to 40 years old, who conduct their research within the framework of the presented topics, are welcomed to participate in the symposium.
Only the oral reports would be the part of the program (duration up to 12 min), no poster presentations are planned. Working languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian. There are no charges planned for the participants of mini-symposium Stem Cell Day.
For active participation in mini-symposium with oral report, please register before October 15, 2017 and submit the paper to firstname.lastname@example.org. After peer-reviewing process the presented materials will be published as short communications in Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine journal.
Speakers are expected to present the results of their own research (including those conducted mutually with other colleagues).
The guidelines for manuscript preparation:
The total size of the communication should not exceed 6 pages (A4), including figures/tables and references. Please apply Times New Roman, 14 pt with 1,5 line spacing. Page margins should comprise 2 cm each side, justified text.
Structure of communication:
Family names and initials of all authors listed;
Affiliation (-s), post addresses;
Corresponding author email;
Materials and methods;
Results and short discussion;
References (maximum 10) should be presented in alphabetic order, prepared in Vancouver reference style.
The short communication may contain either up to 3 simple figures/tables or one combined figure / large table.
All experiments described in the manuscript should correspond to the common principles of bioethics.
The numerical and quantitative data (where needed) should be statistically analyzed.
The submitted materials should conform the topics of mini-symposium:
Stem cell biology.
Biomaterials and tissue engineering.
Experimental in vitro / in vivo models in pre-clinical regenerative medicine research.
Results of clinical trials and the experience of clinical application for gene- and cell-based biomedical products.
